This 6-month program includes:

Live monthly training: 60 minute sessions via Zoom.
Live monthly group coaching: 60 minute sessions to share insights, celebrate progress, learn from on another, and deepen your understanding.
Personal Coaching: Three, 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions to provide added personal support.
Online training: 1 year access to video lessons, downloads, and resources that deepen skill-building.
Reflection exercises: Downloads help you to surface personal insights and build your daily practice.

I’ve spent my entire career working in the field of communication. And for the past 15 years, I’ve been educating, training, and coaching leaders and teams to effectively communicate, strengthen well-being, and deepen trust.
The key to it all? Learning to master your communication style by building the skills that transform the way you express yourself. It takes practice and I’ll be here to guide you every step of the way.
2025 Course Schedule
Each month, we focus on learning, activating, and integrating a new communication skill. The curriculum is strategically designed so that each communication skill you learn lays the foundation for the next. We’ll also be building new well-being practices, so you have the energy and patience you need to communicate at your best.
Module 1
Elevate the Way You Communicate
Live Training – February 6th
Gain insights into each style, as you discover what drives the way you communicate and see the impact you have on others. Identify your needs, motivations, talents, and areas for growth. And decide what kind of person and communicator you want to become.
Understand the scientific principles that make behavioral change easier and expand your daily practice build stronger skills and positive habits. Activate a self-awareness practice.
Group Coaching
Live Training – February 20th
Deepen understanding of the four communication styles and elevate your EQ to help you better understand yourself and others. Share personal insights, learn from one another, and celebrate your progress.
Share tips and techniques to deepen your daily practice and expand your self-awareness to make it easier to build stronger communication skills and positive habits.
Module 2
Communicate at Your Best Under Stress
Live Training – March 6th
Learn to recognize the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that “tell” you when you’re communicating from your style under stress. Activate strategies to be more intentional about what you say and do when you’re under stress.
Instill a daily practice to help you identify stress reactions and patterns, so you can choose a new response. Develop strategies to elevate your stress response and instill simple, calming rituals to manage stress and break free from the cycles of stress once you’ve been triggered.
Group Coaching
Live Training – March 20th
Learn to recognize the impact you have on others and take responsibility for the interpersonal tensions you create. Make it a habit to resolve issues while they are small before they grow and erode trust. Identify your limiting beliefs, triggers, and stories.
Commit to activating your self-reflection practice within 24 hours. Discuss how to instill practices that support higher levels of self-awareness and understanding, and allows you to recognize when you need to clear the air with someone.
Module 3
Elevate Your Listening
Live Training – April 3
Become aware of your listening habits and instill intentional practices that keep you tuned in. Learn techniques to expand your self-awareness, EQ, and empathy to elevate your listening skills, communicate more effectively, and cultivate trust.
Commit to activating one of the techniques you learn to actively listen. Learn how to instill daily practices to elevate your listening skills, ability to understand others, and deepen personal insights through reflection.
Group Coaching
Live Training – April 17
Learn how to read the room, listen with empathy, and expand your daily practices to strengthen your listening skills. Share personal insights, learn from one another, and celebrate progress.
Expand your daily practice to strengthen your EQ and become a better listener. Instill a reflection practice that expands your self-awareness and surfaces personal insights.
Module 4
Flex Your Style
Live Training – May 1st
Learn how to flex your style to close style gaps and reduce the tensions that make communicating with different styles more challenging. Identify which styles create the most tension for you and implement strategies to create more ease and build trust.
Commit to activating one of the flexing techniques you learn within 24 hours that will help you to bridge style differences. Learn how to develop your daily practice and build better relationships as you strengthen your self-awareness, EQ, and curiosity.
Group Coaching
Live Training – May 15th
Deepen understanding of style flexing strategies and how to flex in the moment when conversations become tense. Share personal insights, learn from one another, and celebrate progress.
Learn a new technique to renew your physical, emotional, and mental energy to help you manage your stress, raise your level of well-being, and communicate well.
Module 5
Build Trusted Relationships
Live Training – May 29th
Identify your trust bias as you earn the six character traits that build trust. Discover where you “dip below the line of trust” most often. And practice taking responsibility for what you say and do, and the impact you have on others.
Commit to activating one “staying above the line” strategy within 24 hours. Learn how to create your daily practice to elevate your expression and take responsibility for what you say and do. Use reflection techniques to expand self-awareness, EQ, and curiosity.
Group Coaching
Live Training – June 12th
Deepen your understanding around the importance of building trust and how to recognize what other styles need to feel heard, valued, and safe. Share personal insights, learn from one another, and celebrate progress.
Learn a new technique to renew your physical, emotional, and mental energy to help you manage your stress, raise your level of well-being, and communicate at the level of trust.
Module 6
Handling Difficult Conversations
Live Training – June 26th
Learn how to effectively handle difficult conversations and resolve conflict in ways that improve your relationships and expand trust. Recognize the impact that avoiding difficult conversations has on your energy, stress, and team.
Commit to identifying a difficult conversation you’ve been putting off within 24 hours and identifying a timeframe for addressing it. Review the reflection materials and questions for intentionally preparing to step into the conversation and reach agreements that address the issue and repair the relationship.

Live Training – July 10th
Deepen your understanding around how to effectively connect with each style. Share personal insights, learn from one another, and celebrate progress.
Learn a new technique to renew your physical, emotional, and mental energy to help you manage your stress, raise your level of well-being, and communicate well.

Each class has recommended reading and reflection exercises to help you deepen your understanding, surface personal insights, and build your daily practice.
The assignments typically take 30-45 minutes to complete for each training.

Our goal is to create a safe space where people feel comfortable sharing personal insights and experiences, so we do not record the live training and coaching sessions.
However, every lesson is supported through our on-demand video training program, so you can watch the lesson and build the skills if you need to miss a live session.

Yes! Your employer can register you for the program. There are tips for doing so here.
Or you can enroll yourself and submit your emailed receipt to your employer for reimbursement.

Yes, you will receive three (3) personal coaching sessions throughout this course.
The first will be before the program begins. We will discuss your personal goals for the program, insights into your communication style, and any challenges your are already aware of that impact the way you express yourself.
We will schedule the remaining 2 personal coaching sessions at intervals throughout the course to provide you with added support.
This course design also includes live group coaching every month, where you can ask questions and address any issues you’re comfortable sharing in a group setting.
So yes, lots of coaching opportunities in throughout this course!
