  • Six (6) Practice & Progress Sessions: Reinforce and apply what you’ve learned through real-world practice and reflection. These sessions also introduce practical strategies to improve your well-being, manage stress, and renew your physical, emotional, and mental energy.

  • Small Group Setting: With a limit of 8 participants, you’ll have plenty of time to connect, share, and ask questions. This intimate environment fosters meaningful discussions and ensures everyone receives personalized support.

Online training: 1 year access to video lessons, downloads, and resources that deepen skill-building.

Each month, we focus on learning, activating, and integrating a new communication skill. The curriculum is strategically designed so that each communication skill you learn lays the foundation for the next. We’ll also be building new well-being practices, so you have the energy and patience you need to communicate at your best.

Module 1

Elevate the Way You Communicate

Live Training – February 6th

Gain deep insights into your unique communication style. Learn how your style shapes your interactions and impacts others. Define your motivations, areas for growth, and create a clear vision for the communicator you aspire to become.

Group Coaching – February 20th

Refine your understanding of the four communication styles while building emotional intelligence (EQ). Celebrate personal breakthroughs as you expand your self-awareness and new communication habits. We’ll also introduce practices that support your overall well-being—emotionally, physically, and mentally—to help you stay grounded and energized as you build these new skills.

Module 2

Communicate at Your Best Under Stress

Live Training – March 6th

Learn to recognize the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that “tell” you when you’re communicating from your style under stress. Activate strategies to be more intentional about what you say and do when you’re under stress. Instill practices to proactively manage stress and break free from the cycles of stress once you’ve been triggered.

Group Coaching – March 20th

Explore the effect stress has on your relationships and develop strategies to address conflicts early. Learn how to take responsibility for interpersonal tension and strengthen self-reflection practices. In this session, we’ll also explore simple stress-relief techniques—like mindful breathing and light movement—that help you manage stress and improve your emotional and mental well-being.

Active Listening

Live Training – April 3

Become a more intentional listener by learning the habits that limit your focus. Strengthen your emotional intelligence and empathy to enhance how you listen, respond, and build rapport and trust.

Group Coaching – April 17

Share how improving your listening habits has impacted your relationships. We’ll also focus on practices that help you stay physically energized and mentally alert to support more effective listening in everyday life.

Flex Your Communication Style

Live Training – May 1st

Learn how to flex your communication style to better connect with others and minimize tension. Identify the styles that challenge you most and implement strategies to adjust your approach to create more ease and trust.

Group Coaching – May 15th

Deepen your ability to flex in the moment, even in difficult conversations. Learn how to renew your energy for better communication. In this session, we’ll add techniques to manage emotional energy and stay calm, such as breathwork and quick exercises, so you can maintain balance even during challenging interactions.

Build Trusted Relationships

Live Training – May 29th

Discover the six key traits that build trust and assess where you may be “dipping below the line” in your interactions. Develop strategies to consistently earn trust and maintain high-quality relationships.

Resolve Difficult Conversations with Confidence

Live Training – June 26th

Group Coaching – July 10th

Reflect on real-life examples of difficult conversations and share your progress. Learn new energy techniques to boost well-being and manage stress when addressing conflicts. We’ll focus on practices like grounding exercises and self-care strategies that ensure you enter difficult conversations feeling calm, centered, and ready.

FAQs

  • Each class has recommended reading and reflection exercises to help you deepen your understanding, surface personal insights, and build your daily practice.

    The assignments typically take 30-45 minutes to complete for each training.

  • Our goal is to create a safe space where people feel comfortable sharing personal insights and experiences, so we do not record the live training and coaching sessions.

    However, every lesson is supported through our on-demand video training program, so you can watch the lesson and build the skills if you need to miss a live session.

  • Yes! Your employer can register you for the program. There are tips for doing so here.

    Or you can enroll yourself and submit your emailed receipt to your employer for reimbursement.

  • Yes, you will receive three (3) personal coaching sessions throughout this course.

    The first will be before the program begins. We will discuss your personal goals for the program, insights into your communication style, and any challenges your are already aware of that impact the way you express yourself.

    We will schedule the remaining 2 personal coaching sessions at intervals throughout the course to provide you with added support.

    This course design also includes live group coaching every month, where you can ask questions and address any issues you’re comfortable sharing in a group setting.

    So yes, lots of coaching opportunities in throughout this course!

  • You receive a full year subscription to our on demand training program with enrollment, so you can continue to revisit the lessons and deepen your understanding and practice.

  • Yes, we provided tailored programs for organizations with customized content to support your needs.
