Each class has assignments to help you deepen your understanding, surface personal insights, and build your daily practice.
The reading and reflection exercises typically take 45-60 minutes to complete.
Your daily practice will take about 10-15 minutes each day. You’ll review your intentions, look for opportunities to practice your new strategies, and a check-in at the end of the day to see how you’re doing.

You receive a 60-day subscription to our on-demand training modules with enrollment, so you can continue to revisit the lesson and deepen your understanding and practice.
